FAQs

UpTrain courses are designed to give students more flexibility than a traditional in-person class. Instead of attending scheduled classes at a campus, you complete the coursework online and at your own pace, so you can study around work, family, or other responsibilities. The key difference is the format: the academic portion is online and self-paced, while the hands-on experience is still supported through an externship placed within 30 minutes of your residence. This gives students the flexibility of online learning while still helping them gain real-world experience in their field. So it is not “less than” an in-person class — it is a more flexible training model built for students who need career-focused education without the fixed classroom schedule.
